Returns, exchange & cancellations policies

1. Returns

• Products can be returned within 45 days of delivery if they are damaged or defective.
• Returns are applicable only if the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
• Custom or personalized products are non-returnable.
• Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after the product is received and inspected.

2. Exchange

• Exchanges are allowed for the same product or a different product of equal or higher value.
• Exchanges must be requested within 45 days of delivery.
• In case of damaged or defective items, report the issue within 24 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.

3. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped/dispatched from the warehouse. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
• Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
