What is Not Covered?

Customer Responsibility: The product must be sent to our warehouse for inspection at the customer’s cost.
Warranty Claim Process
1. Proof of Defect:
- Customers must first provide proof that the product has a manufacturing defect causing it to malfunction or perform below expectations.
- Proof can be shared via email or WhatsApp in the form of images and/or videos clearly showing the defect.
2. Inspection & Assessment
- Upon receiving the proof, KRYSSTAL will assess whether the reported issue falls under warranty coverage.
- Based on inspection, KRYSSTAL will decide whether the product requires:
- Partial Replacement (Some Part or Component will be replaced)
- Full Replacement (Complete product will be replaced.)
- Repair
3. Shipping Responsibility:
- Replacement: Both-way shipping costs will be fully borne by KRYSSTAL.

Repair:
- Inbound Shipping (Customer → KRYSSTAL Warehouse): Paid by the customer.
- Outbound Shipping (KRYSSTAL → Customer): Paid by KRYSSTAL.
4. Resolution Timeline
- Repair: Within 5 business days from the date the product is received at the KRYSSTAL warehouse.
- Replacement: Within 5–7 business days from the date the product is received or approved for replacement.
5. Refunds: No refunds are provided under warranty. Only repair or replacement will be offered.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty is void if:
- The product is used for purposes other than intended residential use.
- The defect results from environmental exposure, harsh cleaning agents, or improper use.

- Non-Liability: KRYSSTAL is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Jurisdiction: All disputes will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
