RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Krysstal, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and worry-free shopping experience for all our customers. To support this, we offer a 30-Day Simple Returns and Exchange Policy.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted as the order processing has begun.
Return Window
- We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products that are proven to be damaged or defective.
- In such cases, customers must provide valid proof in the form of an unboxing video in which the discovery of the damage is clearly shown or a defect video after installation, shared with us within 7 days from the date of delivery at: customersupport@krystalbathindia.com
Return & Shipping Charges
- If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition and a valid unboxing video is provided, KRYSSTAL will cover the two-way shipping costs.
- In cases where pickup service is unavailable for the customer’s PIN code due to logistics limitations, customers may have to self-ship the product to our designated warehouse. Upon verification, the brand will reimburse shipping charges up to a maximum of ₹1100. Any shipping amount exceeding ₹1100 will have to be borne by the customer.
No Refund Policy
- We do not offer money refunds. Only exchanges that qualify with all the points mentioned within this policy.
- Any return approved under this Policy shall be processed exclusively as an exchange. The customer may exchange the returned product for: (a) the same product; or (b) another product of an equal or higher value. Where a higher-value product is selected, the customer shall pay the difference in price. Exchange for a lower-value product shall not be permitted, and no refund, cash payment, payment reversal, store credit, or adjustment of the balance amount shall be provided.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are permitted for the same product or for a different product of equal or higher value. In case of a higher-priced item, the balance payment will be collected by one of our representatives before dispatch.
- Exchange Timeline: Exchanges are processed within 5 business days after the returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes inspection.
Customized Products
Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
No Returns/Exchanges for Fitting Issues
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for fitting-related concerns. All product dimensions, specifications, and measurements are clearly provided on our website to help customers verify compatibility before purchasing.
