Return Shipping Charges:
If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition and a valid unboxing video is provided, KRYSSTAL will cover the two-way shipping costs.

Refund Policy:

Exchanges:
Exchanges are permitted for the same product or for a different product of equal or higher value. In case of a higher-priced item, the balance payment will be collected by one of our representatives before dispatch.

Exchange Timeline:
Exchanges are processed within 5 business days after the returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes inspection.
